Diploma in Pharmacy is an undergraduate diploma program which provides students with the knowledge and skills required to pursue a career in pharmaceutics. This program focuses on equipping students with the skills required to become a registered pharmacist and to practice pharmacy according to the guidelines of the pharmacy councils. Students who wish to pursue Diploma in Pharmacy must fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria: Candidate must have completed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board with Science stream. The science stream should include core subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates may also choose any one subject from Mathematics, Computer Science, Biotechnology or any other related field as additional subject for their Class 12 Board Exams.
In addition to completing Class 12 exams, candidates must score at least 50% marks in aggregate for this qualification.
